These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our esports programs, training sessions, and tournaments.

Game On is operated by the Intellectual Disability Foundation (ABN 76 389 462 946), located in Arncliffe, NSW, Australia.

Our goal is to provide inclusive and accessible esports opportunities for people of all abilities.

  • To participate in esports training sessions or tournaments, you may be required to register and provide accurate personal information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Game On reserves the right to change prices or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or credit.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We do not store full credit card details. Payment information is handled according to PCI DSS compliance standards.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • We understand that plans can change.

  • If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period unless required by law.

  • If Game On cancels or reschedules a session, you will be notified and given the option of a refund or transfer.

  • This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Participant Conduct

  • We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment.

  • Participants are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and fairness.

  • Follow all safety and participation guidelines provided by Game On staff.

  • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour.

Game On reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour breaches these standards or affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Game On and the Intellectual Disability Foundation are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in our events or use of our website.

  • You participate in esports training and tournaments at your own risk.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
